Fideicomiso, the Solution Any Foreigner can Costitute a Fideicomiso ( The Equivalent to a American Beneficial Trust), through a Mexican Bank (Bancomer, HSBC) in order to purchase Real State anywhere in Mexico, including the Restrict Zone.
