Fideicomiso, the Solution

Any Foreigner can Costitute a Fideicomiso ( The Equivalent to a American Beneficial Trust), through a Mexican Bank (Bancomer, HSBC) in order to purchase Real State anywhere in Mexico, including the Restrict Zone.

The Mexican Bank, as a matter of normal course obtains the permit from the Ministry of Foreing affairs to acquire the chosen Real State in trust.

The Fideicomiso can be established for a maximum 50 years period, it could be renovated ad the end. During these period ( the foreigner) have the Right to use, transfer, remodeling, rent the property and transfer the title to the Real State.

Any other party, including a Member of your Family.

Its very important to designate the beneficiarys, because in case of death of the fideicomisario (owner) it easier transmit the property.

The Mexican Bank becomes the legal owner of the Real State for the exclusive use of the buyer ( Beneficiary, who has all benefits)
